Garden Apartment

The Garden Apartment faces east, luxuriating in the morning sun and enjoying views over the other fine residences nestled amongst Boscabel’s original avocado orchard.

This apartment comprises two bedrooms – one with a king sized bed and the second with twin singles. It has a spacious lounge and dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen. Access is by way of its own external entrance or via internal access from its own garage, up a single flight of stairs to the first floor level.

The bathroom includes both bath and separate shower. There is also a separate toilet. Laundry facilities (washing machine and drier) are in an annex in the apartment garage.

The apartment has its own balcony.

The Garden Apartment tariff is NZD 195 per night for a single or double occupancy. Additional occupancy is an extra NZD 25 per night per person. For extended stays we offer a special rate of 7 nights for the price of 5.
